The Perfect Finale for the Wedding Feast

The new year brings with it a plethora of newly engaged couples. As a result, we devote  a great deal of time here at Louis Gervais Fine Foods & Catering preparing  tasting menus for soon to be bride and grooms looking for the perfect combination of taste sensations to offer their wedding guests. First and foremost on their minds is often the sweet finale to the meal. From bite-size morsels to lavishly presented desserts, our studio kitchen is abundant with pastry, custard, ganache, and coulis. Chef Louis wanted to share a few of our favourite recipes and because the single most loved ingredient of all things sweet is chocolate, we’ve selected three sinfully delicious recipes from our repertoire that include chocolate.
