We’re always so excited to host fabulous vendors in our bistro for lunch n’ learns, tastings, or just to showcase our fabulous venue, Chef, and food. Last week we spent the afternoon with the wonderful ladies from DreamGroup Productions. What a treat it was to sit with such a lovely and down to earth group of ladies. They truly love what they do and love working with each other. DreamGroup Productions are one of the leaders of Wedding planning in the Vancouver Industry. With ten years under their belts (or planner’s fanny pack), these ladies know their stuff. Their various planners have individual expertise on everything from the back yard BBQ wedding, to gala style banquets, and even edgy urban or trendy ethereal weddings. We sipped ice cold white wine and fresf fruit iced teas, while eating fabulous food prepared by Chef Louis and discussed the wedding industry, exciting upcoming events, and all of our busy summers ahead! Of course Chef Louis did not disappoint, presenting us with customized Amuse Bouches such as Asparagus Fries and fresh Tabouleh Salad with Coconut Quinoa Lentil Risotto, fresh handmade Ravioli with Beurre Noir Sauce, and an array of sweet bites, including our hand rolled Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache! peanut butter & chocolate ganache bites, rolled in crushed peanuts

Mixed Nut Butter Tartlet’s
cashews, peanuts, & pinenuts on a butter tart base

Mini Kiwi Berry Pavlova
meringue tartlets topped with kiwi, blueberry, & French custard
