One of the best things about the holidays is the profusion of baking that is prepared and consumed. Chef Louis and Pastry Chef Deborah Worger are busy in our catering kitchen creating new recipes and preparing many old favouites from Christmas’ pasted. The catering kitchen is well stocked with holiday inspired ingredients such as white chocolate, candied ginger, cranberries, eggnog, caramel, and much more. Cakes, pies, brownies, bars, and other delicious Christmas desserts are in abundance in our bistro and at all catered events throughout the season.

With a focus on seasonal, organic, and fresh ingredients, this year’s list of sinful sweets includes: White Chocolate Croussant Pudding served in a demi tasse cup and saucer, Eggnog Cheesecake Squares and Peppermint Truffle Bars.
