Wedding Menu Tasting

On February 11th we had the pleasure of hosting a wedding menu tasting for Livia & Nate. They are getting married on April 30th at The Pipe Shop and we could not be happier for being part of their special day. Livia & Nate were incredibly happy with their tasting experience after enjoying a full buffet menu (including dessert and wine!) with the friendly company of Chef Louis, their wedding planner Margot (Petite Pearl), and our Events Specialist Ariana.
The bride and groom especially liked the BBQ Short Ribs, which was a special request added to their customized menu. They also enjoyed the Bite Sized Crème Brulé beautifully presented on a wonton spoon. Chef Louis out did himself by preparing a generous amount of food and allowing his guests to take it all home!
After a glass of wine and sampling some canapes, salads, vegetables, fish medallions, desserts, and much more, the happy couple and their wedding planner left convinced that Chef Louis’ food was the perfect one for their wedding.
