The cocktail menu is the most flexible option and can work for almost every type of catered event from a two hour open-house reception requiring only a few canapés per guest, to a full service corporate event or gala wedding reception where elegant finger food is served in place of dinner. The atmosphere is more relaxed and provides greater opportunity to circulate and mingle with other guests. While the cost of catering food can be comparable to a dinner reception, rental and staff charges for cocktail parties are considerably less than for a sit-down dinner. There is also greater flexibility and more selection when choosing a Vancouver venue.

Amuse Bouche per guest: 6-12
Cost per guest: $14.00 – $29.00

Pre-dinner hors d’oeuvre:
1-2 hours
Amuse Bouche per guest: 4-8
Cost per guest: $9.00 – $19.00

Hors d’oeuvre in lieu of dinner:
4-6 hours
Amuse Bouche per guest: 12-18
Cost per guest: $39.00 – $43.00

Chef Stations add an interactive component to your event. Each station is manned by a chef and menu items are prepared a-la-minute. These menu options can be combined with other items to create a themed station or we can work with you to develop a custom station menu for your event.
