Plated catering menus allow for the most creativity and customization. Over the years, Chef Louis has created menus that span multiple cultures and fantastic themes including: a four-course menu that was entirely black and white (who knew squid ink would turn Alfredo sauce black and still taste delicious?), and a graffiti themed menu where all plates were splashed with colour and each course a work of abstract art.
Most plated menus can also be served family-style where menu items are artfully arranged on serving platters and presented at each table.
