This past July Louis Gervais Fine Foods & Catering had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at Saint Martins Church.
This was a beautiful evening filled with laughs, wine, dancing, a delicious plated dinner, and of course a happy bride and groom.

Marinated Rib Eye Steak
served with a fresh mango salsa, roasted new potatoes & grilled artisan vegetables
Sabel Fish Médallions
served with red wine butter sauce, roasted new potatoes with sea salt & Provençale herbs & French green beans
DESSERT
Flour-less Chocolate Mousse Cake
served with strawberries
