One of the best things about Vancouver summers is eating outdoors. One of Vancouver's best BBQ caterers, Chef Louis has created three sizzling BBQ Catering menus perfect for entertaining groups of 30 to 200, or more!

Our BBQ Catering Packages include staffing for setup, service and tear down plus all disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.  We’ll handle all the details from preparation and grilling to serving your guests and cleaning up after the event.

BBQ Catering Packages Include:

Buffet staff for up to five hours, including travel and set up time.
Bio-degradable plates, cutlery, napkins and serving bowls.
BBQ rental is additional and subject to delivery charges. If you require any other rentals, inquire with our event planners for a quote.
Menu is based on 50 guests. Add $10 per person if less than 50 guests.
Taxes and gratuities are not included.

Al-Fresco Catered Picnic Menus

Our Summer Take-Away Menus are ideal for outdoor gatherings such as family picnics or back yard luncheons that do not require staff or set up.

Summer Picnics Include:


All white serving platters & bowls. These must be returned clean within three business days, or we can pick them up the next business day for a $20 fee.
